There is something calming about being in a home that is coherent from room to room. When there is a common thread tying spaces of your house together it’s easier to relax and find flow in these spaces.
It’s not always easy to achieve this tread and cohesion but that is exactly what I am passionate about helping you find.
Building or redesigning a home involves a huge number of decisions. Ther is a lot that goes on in between cinception and completion to get it just righ. By combining my expertises with your vison, we create spaces that aren’t just the same as every other house and deliver instead a finished home that is unmistakably yours.

Design my Home
The processInitial meeting:
This is a collaborative session aimed at familiarizing ourselves with your plans & dreams and where I get to know a little more about your project. It’s also a chance for you to detemine whether I’m a good fit for your project.
Briefing:
If you choose to engage my services we will then outline the brief, scope of works, timeframe and budget. I will get a better understanding who lives in your home, your style preferences and how you will be using the spaces.
Concept design:
I present you with a concept design that includes floor plans, lighting options, furniture options, colour elevations, materials such as flooring, tiles, paint and joinery materials and 3D renders of key areas to really help you visualize the finished design.
Design proposal:
Your design will go into the next stage as I continue to work on the approved Concept Design. After our Concept Design meeting I’ll put together a detailed estimate and schedule for taking your home from concept to completion.
I will assist you with full and accurate scheduling and plans to send you to relevant trades for tender and quotation. We will review quotes together and I will help you find the right trades for the project.
Project management:
During the build or renovation I can take care of ordering materials, furniture or fitting, engaging relevant trades. Delivery and installation time frames will be managed and regular onsite meetings with builders and, or trades to check the progress of the project and ensure everything is taken care of.
Styling:
This is the fun part! This is where the project comes to life. I coordinate delivery and installation of any furnishings, linen and window treatments you have ordered. I find each piece’s perfect setting within your home and style it accordingly to turn all the plans and ideas into reality.
Completion:
After ensuring everything is in its place and completed to the highest standard, it’s now time to enjoy your new home with your whanau and friends.
